My Chapter One started after the world stood still.

When the pandemic happened, everything changed—suddenly, life slowed down. And in that pause, I began to see things differently. I realized how fragile time is... how short life can be.

We often rush through our days thinking we have all the time in the world. But in that silence, I saw what truly mattered—memories shared with people we love, places that move us, moments that make us feel alive.

I learned to value presence. Not just being there physically, but showing up with your whole heart—for your family, your friends, your purpose.

That shift in perspective shaped how I saw service. Because in hospitality, we don’t just offer rooms or meals. We create memories. We become part of people’s milestones—their beginnings, their reunions, their escapes, their healing.

And that’s something sacred.

My Chapter One was a reminder to live with intention. To travel with meaning. To serve with heart.
